but i still luv it i hope the wings match the backround and the art and could u maybe add some eyebrows? and make the eye lashes more bigger? that would REALLY make it a blast! also the nose is a bit too close to the lips, btw could u add more hair she sorta looks bald XD but overall its all still beautiful, just practice even more and you'll be as good as the best

I Like Pie. You Should Too. I NEED TO HAVE 100 WORDS!
However, I think the colors may be a bit TOO vibrant. If you maybe give the gloves more of a pastel color, and lighten up the ruffles, it would look a bit better.
I think the forehead may be a bit big. Try adding more hair over her forehead. And you may have forgotten the eyebrows
I also think you may have separated the colors in the ruffles a bit much... maybe find a way so that the colors coordinate better with each other... So it's not too choppy. (Did I use that word right?
Your technique is good, but I think the line work could be better if you used a bit thicker lines. (Just a tad bit thicker). Also, the ruffles could use some shading, it makes them look less flat. Oh and maybe try lining up the eyes so they aren't as uneven.
Her hair could use a bit of wavy volume and bounce, too... not such straight lines. Hair needs movement, and flow!
